Badshah
had great love for scholarship. He respected scholars and wisemen.
His court included scholars of Sanskrit, Persian and Arabic. Soma Pandit
was one of them.
He wrote
in which he has praised Badshah. He used to respect vaids and hakims.
He opened many hospitals.
